While this means separate applications for each state, it ensures your products and services perfectly align with each program's specific needs, maximizing your success of entry and optimization of product spread across every marketplace.
Setting Up for Success
Secure Payment Integration: Once approved, connecting your bank account through our trusted payment processor, Stripe, takes just minutes. This secure integration enables automatic payment processing for all fulfilled orders, streamlining your cash flow with reliable net-30 payment terms. Showcase Your Offerings: Through your dedicated vendor portal, easily upload your products and services for marketplace listing. Each offering undergoes our thorough review process to ensure program compliance, giving customers confidence in their purchases and enabling immediate order processing without delays.
The Vendor Portal
State-Specific Order Management: You will be instructed to use a separate vendor portal instance for each state program that you join. Every portal looks the same, but bifurcates order management on the state level. This tailored approach ensures that you can manage each program's unique requirements effectively while maintaining clear visibility into your performance across all markets.
To access your portal, you can log in with the same link you used to register and apply. Upon your application’s approval, you will receive an email notification alerting you that you are approved and providing instructions on the next steps.

Efficient Order Processing: Your 'Orders' tab provides complete visibility into your sales. You can access the following functions from this tab:
- Review incoming orders - View detailed order information and customer requirements
- Accept orders - Click 'Open' to move orders from pending to active status
- Fulfill and confirm - Add tracking numbers for products or confirmation details for services
Automatic payment - Payment processing triggers upon fulfillment confirmation

- Orders appear in your portal immediately upon customer purchase

- Receive payments within the net 30 terms of order fulfillment
For Service Providers
- Providers can offer individual sessions as well as bundles, including several sessions
- Service orders flow directly to your portal for quick acceptance
- Order information includesthe customer’s direct contact information to help facilitate scheduling
- Please confirm you can fulfill the service ,and then provide us with a confirmation number
- For bundle orders, the confirmation number is uploaded afterthe first session’s completion
- Confirmation numbers initiate the payment cycle
