The Marketplace is now live, and managing your orders and inventory accurately will help ensure a smooth experience for both you and the families you work with.
How Orders Affect Inventory
Each time an order is placed, the quantity listed for that item will decrease automatically. If your stock reaches zero, the item will no longer appear in the Marketplace until you update your inventory.
Keeping Inventory Updated
It is important to regularly review and update your inventory. This ensures families can see only the items or services you currently have available. If you do not update your stock, families may be unable to place an order or may experience delays.
Updating Inventory
You can adjust your stock levels anytime in the Inventory tab of your Vendor Portal. Simply:
Log in to your Vendor Portal.
Select the Inventory tab.
Update the quantity for your active listings.
Save your changes to refresh availability in the Marketplace.
By keeping your inventory current, you’ll avoid interruptions and provide families with a reliable ordering experience.
