Clear and Accurate Title
Each offering title must clearly describe what families are purchasing. Avoid single-word or vague titles.
Examples:
Instead of “Dance,” use “Dance Classes (1-Month Package)”
Instead of “Laptop,” use “2023 MacBook Air Laptop (Refurbished)”
Instead of “Tutoring,” use “6-Week Middle School Math Tutoring”
Tips:
Include relevant identifiers like grade level, subject, or duration.
Detailed Description
Descriptions must be clear, complete, and written in parent-friendly language. Families should easily understand what the offering includes.
Include the following when writing your description:
Number of sessions, frequency, and duration (for services)
Delivery method (in-person, virtual, or hybrid)
Dates, times, or scheduling details (if applicable)
Materials or equipment provided
Condition of any physical items (e.g., new, used, refurbished)
Instructor or provider credentials, if required

At Odyssey Tutoring, we help middle school students build confidence and mastery in math through personalized, Georgia Standards–aligned instruction.

Reasonable Pricing
All prices must reflect fair market value. Offerings that appear inflated or misaligned with standard pricing will be flagged for review.
Example:
AirPods listed at $600 when the retail price is $100–$200 would be denied.
Reminder:
Prices must include any shipping or materials costs; these cannot be added later.
Categories and Type
Each offering must be correctly classified as either a Product or a Service.
Category Guidelines
Georgia, Louisiana, and Utah: One category per offering.
Iowa: One main category and up to two subcategories allowed.
The category must accurately reflect the item or service (e.g., “Math Tutoring,” “Curriculum,” “Music Lessons”).
Incorrect or incomplete classifications may delay approval.

While optional, these fields help families filter offerings and improve search results. They must align with your description and content.
Example:
A high school dance class should be categorized as High School, not Elementary.
