This article walks vendors through how to upload the same tracking or receipt information in bulk for multiple orders. Ideal for vendors fulfilling multiple orders for the same customer, whether being shipped to the same address or for services provided to the same individual, it outlines step-by-step instructions for using the bulk tracking tool to mark orders as complete.
Please view the following instructions below:
- Click the Download Orders CSV button: This button can be found in the top right corner of your “Orders” tab (see image below). After downloading the CSV, copy any order IDs that you are ready to fulfill.
- Click the Upload Orders CSV button: This button can be found in the top right corner of your “Orders” tab (see image below). After clicking, you will see this screen below.
- Download Sample CSV/XLSX: Click one of these buttons to download a template file. This will look like the image below. You can delete all of the data in rows 2-5, but please be sure to keep the headers in row 1.
- Paste any Order IDs you are ready to fulfill into column A
- Paste the carrier into Column B
- Supported Carriers are: UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon Logistics
- If you are fulfilling a service instead of a product, you can write “receipt” instead
- Paste your tracking numbers into Column C
- If you are fulfilling a service instead of a product, you can write the receipt or confirmation number
If you do not support invoice or receipt numbers use the orderid_date
- Save your file, and upload it by clicking the blue “Click to upload” link, or by “Drag and Dropping” your file
- Click the blue “Preview Data” button: You will see the data that was entered into the file. Please review to ensure everything looks correct.
- Click “Confirm and Process” to fulfill. From here, all of the orders included will be marked as fulfilled with the tracking or receipt number uploaded.
- If the upload is unsuccessful, you will receive an error message showing which order(s) failed and why. Example below
